El objetivo  de este servicio no es conseguir que tu casa esté siempre perfecta y ordenada pero sí que sea un espacio fácil de mantener, crearemos un hogar práctico aportando soluciones que simplifiquen tu día a día y transformen cada espacio en un ambiente agradable y funcional.

Qué incluye este servicio

First Visit – Analysis of your space, situation, and needs, setting goals, and planning dates. Taking measurements and photos.
Proposal – I’ll send you an action plan with an estimated number of work hours, along with the contract
Execution Phase – 

  • Organization and Optimization – Categorizing all the items in the room, I help you decide what to keep and give each item a logical place.
  • Practical Solutions – I suggest practical and aesthetic organizational elements to optimize the space, tailored to your budget, reusing what you have or acquiring what is necessary.
  • Purchase of Materials – If necessary, I manage the acquisition of organizational items.
  • Labeling – To make it easier to maintain order.
  • Implementation and maintenance Space transformation: I explain the system applied to family members or household staff if necessary to promote the maintenance of order.

Space ReviewOnce the process is complete, an adaptation period is allowed for the client to assess the functionality of the new organization. If necessary, adjustments are made to the layout.

Precios

  • Presupuesto a medida.
    Para proyectos que abarcan una habitación entera o varias zonas, puedo hacerte una valoración global. Es necesario hacer un primera visita donde me cuentes tus necesidades y objetivos, tomaré medidas fotos/videos del espacio.

Exite la opción de asesoramiento Online, donde te solicitaré  las medidas, fotos/vídeo del espacio y lo que quieres conseguir. Y fijaremos una videollamada y te asesoraré en la distribución y la compra de materiales. 

  • Tarifa por hora: 80 €/h (IVA incluido). 
    La primera visita presencial tiene un precio de 50€, deductibles si se contrata el servicio.

  • Servicio mínimo: 3 horas.

  • Accesorios y contenedores:
    Los elementos de organización (cestas, cajas, separadores, etc.) se facturan aparte. Puedo comprarlos por ti y entregarte el ticket/factura (+10%), o bien puedes aportar los que ya tengas.

  • Desplazamiento:

    • Dentro de la ciudad de Luxemburgo: sin coste adicional.

    • Fuera de la ciudad: 1 €/km (ida y vuelta).
