HOW IT WORKS
1. INITIAL BRIEFING
We’ll chat by phone or arrange a short visit to get to know your needs, style, timeline and budget.
2. CREATIVE PROPOSAL
Within 15–20 days after the briefing, you’ll receive a complete design dossier.
DOSSIER INFORMATION
- Decor concept: a visual and written summary of the style that best reflects your preferences, needs and goals.
- Personalized moodboard: inspiration images, colours, textures and moods that capture the essence of your project. Including furniture and key pieces.
- Layout plan: space planning proposal with measurements and functional suggestions to make the most of your room.
- Colour palette: a harmonious selection for walls, textiles and details, tailored to your home’s natural light.Shopping list: suggested items with links, estimated prices and quantities (for online or in-store purchases).
- Step-by-step guide: a simple action plan in case you’d like to implement the design yourself.
- Extra notes and tips: advice to keep visual coherence, brand/store suggestions, and styling tricks to set the tone.
3. REVIEW AND ADJUSTMENTS
You’ll have the chance to give feedback so we can fine-tune the proposal to match your expectations
4. EXECUTION AND COORDINATION
If you decide to move forward, I’ll take care of coordinating purchases, deliveries, installation and styling. I’ll also manage any leftover furniture or waste, and handle communication with painters or other professionals if needed. We’ll agree on the start date and plan any light work required.
5. FINAL TOUCHES AND STYLING
We’ll place the finishing touches that make a space feel truly yours. And if you’d like, we can arrange a photo session so you can enjoy and share your new home.
PRICING & CONDITIONS
Initial Proposal & Review
Fiexed Rate: €550 (VAT included)
Per room (room size is assessed and included within the price).
Includes full decorative concept and detailed design dossier and step-by-step planning.
Execution & Finishing
Rate: €80/hour (VAT included)
You’ll receive an estimate of hours beforehand, broken down by task, so you can approve each stage in advance.
Includes Supplier and delivery coordination. Furniture assembly and placement. Painting, wallpapering, lighting and final styling.
10% discount if you book the decorative proposal and execution at the same time.
Furniture and materials
These are billed separately. I can handle the purchases for you (+10% on retail price, with receipts/invoices), or you can buy them yourself. Product search time is also added to the final invoice
Travel
- Within Luxembourg city: no extra cost.
- Outside the city: €1/km (round trip).
