EVERYTHING YOU’VE BEEN WONDERING
Honest answers to the questions I hear most often. If yours isn’t here, write to me — I’m happy to talk it through.

About the process
Everything begins with a short form on the contact page. Once I receive it, I’ll get back to you within 48 hours to schedule a free 15-minute call. We use that call to make sure we’re a good fit — and if we are, we book your Home Diagnosis (an in-home visit), which is the real foundation of every project.
A focused, deep-dive visit to your home. I walk every space with you, listen to your daily routines, and identify what’s causing friction. You leave with a clear, tailored action plan and priorities — so you know exactly what to tackle first, with zero generic advice.
Yes — for every project. It’s how I avoid giving you generic recommendations and instead build something that actually fits your home and life. Even if you already know which room you want to tackle, the diagnosis ensures we’re solving the right problem in the right way.
Usually between 90 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the size of your home and how much we have to explore. I won’t rush it — and you won’t have to either.
You receive your action plan within a few days. From there, you can choose to move forward with a Sprint (one room), a Deep transformation (one full room with styling and execution), or a Signature project (multiple rooms or your full home). Or simply use the plan on your own — no pressure to continue.
Pricing & payment
The Home Diagnosis is a fixed-fee service. The exact amount is shared once we confirm the date — it depends slightly on your home size and location. Most of my clients tell me afterwards that it was the most useful investment of their year.
Because it’s not a sales call — it’s a real working session. I prepare in advance, spend hours walking your home with you, and deliver a detailed plan afterwards. Charging for it means we both treat it with the value it deserves, and you walk away with something useful regardless of whether you continue.
Each transformation is quoted individually based on the diagnosis findings — the rooms involved, the scope, and the level of execution you need. You’ll always get a clear quote before any work starts, with no hidden surprises.
Yes. The Home Diagnosis is paid in full to secure your date. For larger transformation projects, we agree on a payment schedule together before starting.
Perfectly fine. Many people take the plan and implement it themselves. There’s no commitment to continue beyond the diagnosis — I want you to choose the next step because it feels right, not because you signed something.
Services & scope
Sprint is a focused organizing project for one key room — declutter and systems, fast results. Deep goes further: it’s a full functional room transformation including layout, storage, lighting, paint and styling. Signature is the flagship — a bespoke, big-picture transformation across multiple rooms or your entire home, designed to feel as one cohesive whole.
I personally do the organizing, decluttering and styling. For trades like painting, electrical work or plumbing, I coordinate with trusted local professionals I’ve worked with before. You don’t deal with anyone — I manage the entire team while you live your life.
Depending on the project, yes. I bring everything from organizing tools to storage solutions, and I can also source décor pieces with you in mind. I always start by using what you already own — and only suggest new pieces when they’ll genuinely improve the space.
Yes — and it’s one of the best moments to work together. I help with move-in unpacking and home setup, post-move resets, and pre-move declutters and downsizing. If you’ve just landed in Luxembourg, this is often the fastest way to feel at home.
Most of my work is reversible — organizing systems, layout changes, styling, storage solutions. We focus on what’s possible within your rental agreement, and you’d be surprised how transformative those changes can be without touching the walls.
Practical questions
I’m based in Luxembourg and work across the country, including the city center and surrounding neighborhoods (Limpertsberg, Belair, Merl, Kirchberg, Cessange, etc.). I also occasionally take on projects in Spain — write to me if that’s where you are.
Absolutely not. In fact, I prefer to see your home as it really is — that’s where the real insights come from. There’s zero judgment, ever. Show me the messy drawers, the chaotic closet, the corner you’ve been hiding from. That’s the starting point.
A Sprint usually wraps up in 1–2 days. A Deep room transformation typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on execution. A Signature project can run from a few weeks to a couple of months. We agree on the timing together based on your life and the scope.
For decisions about what to keep and what to let go, yes — I need you for those moments. For the rest (organizing, styling, coordinating trades), you can absolutely go to work, run errands, or be away entirely. We agree at the start what works best for your schedule.
That’s the whole point. Every system I build is designed for real life, not for a photo shoot. They survive busy weeks, kids, visitors, and laundry days. If you’d like extra support, you can also book optional follow-up sessions or monthly maintenance visits.
English, Spanish and French fluently. I can manage simple exchanges in Luxembourgish or German, but the working language of our project will be English, Spanish or French.
Still have a question?
If you didn’t find your answer here, just write to me. I read every message — and I’d rather answer one more question than have you wondering.
